Midland products purchased from another website or retailer must be returned to those resellers in accordance with their return and refund policies. Warranty claims must be submitted separately.

To be eligible for a refund, the return must satisfy the following requirements:

• The customer must initiate a return through Midland's Returns Portal within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The return must be related to a purchase from midlandusa.com.
• The product must be returned in like-new, resalable condition in the original packaging together with all accessories and other materials originally included with the product.
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to Midland, which cost must be paid through the Returns Portal. Note the shipping cost will be covered if the Customer purchased Redo with the item.
• The customer must obtain a return confirmation through the Returns Portal.
